- comparing CVs with job descriptions;
- generating Role Gap Scores;
- identifying potential skills and experience gaps;
- improving CVs and applications;
- preparing for job searches;
- accessing career-related information and suggestions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use MyJobFixer.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You must not allow another person to use your account in a way that breaches these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use MyJobFixer for lawful employment, career development and related purposes.
You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- interfere with its security or operation;
- introduce malware or malicious code;
- deliberately overload or disrupt the Service;

You retain ownership of your own original content.
You give MyJobFixer permission to process that content where necessary to provide the service you request.
6. CV Information
CVs often contain personal information.
You should avoid including information that is unnecessary for the analysis requested.
In particular, you should not normally need to provide:
- bank details;
- National Insurance numbers;
- passport numbers;
- payment card information;
- medical records.
Uploaded CVs and job-analysis source documents will normally be automatically deleted from MyJobFixer’s storage within 30 days.

7. Artificial Intelligence
MyJobFixer uses artificial intelligence, including technology provided through the OpenAI API.
AI-generated results may occasionally contain errors.
You should review generated information before using it in an application, CV, covering letter, interview or other important situation.
You remain responsible for deciding whether information generated by MyJobFixer is appropriate for your circumstances.
8. Role Gap Scores
Role Gap Scores compare information supplied to MyJobFixer with requirements identified in a job description or similar information.
A Role Gap Score is an informational assessment.
It is not:
- an employer’s assessment;
- a recruitment decision;
- a guarantee of suitability;
- a prediction that an interview will be offered;
- a prediction that employment will be obtained.
Different employers may assess the same candidate differently.
9. Accuracy
We aim to provide useful tools and information, but automated systems can make mistakes.
You should check important information before relying on it.
You are responsible for checking information including:
- employment dates;
- qualifications;
- skills;
- professional memberships;
- achievements;
- salaries;
- employer details;
- application requirements;
- AI-generated claims.
MyJobFixer should not be used to fabricate qualifications, employment history or experience.
10. Employment and Earnings
MyJobFixer does not guarantee:
- employment;
- job interviews;
- job offers;
- promotions;
- career advancement;
- salary levels;
- increased earnings.

11. External Vacancies and Websites
MyJobFixer may refer or link to:
- job vacancies;
- employers;
- recruiters;
- job boards;
- training providers;
- other external websites.
External services are operated independently.
A link or reference does not automatically mean that MyJobFixer recommends or endorses an organisation.
Users should independently verify employers, vacancies and requests for personal or financial information.
Be particularly cautious if anyone claiming to offer employment asks you to send money or sensitive financial information.
12. Paid Services
Some MyJobFixer features may be provided free of charge while others may require payment.
Prices and applicable purchase conditions will be displayed before purchase.
Purchases may be processed through WarriorPlus and PayPal.
Their checkout, payment processing and related services are governed by their applicable terms.
MyJobFixer may receive sufficient transaction information to verify and administer purchases.
13. Refunds and Cancellations
Any additional refund, cancellation or guarantee terms applying to a particular product will be displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any statutory rights that you have under applicable UK consumer law.
14. Intellectual Property
The MyJobFixer name, branding, software, source code, application design and original website content are owned by us or used under licence.
These Terms do not transfer those rights to users.
Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights, material specifically generated for you through MyJobFixer may be used by you for your own lawful employment and career-related purposes.
15. Service Availability
We aim to keep MyJobFixer operating reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- server problems;
- internet outages;
- third-party service failures;
- security incidents;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update, modify or replace features as the Service develops.
16. Third-Party Services
MyJobFixer relies on external technology and services.

- OpenAI;

- WarriorPlus;
- PayPal;
- hosting and infrastructure providers.
We are not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by independent third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those rights, MyJobFixer is provided as a career assistance and informational service.
We are not responsible for independent employment decisions made by employers, recruiters or other third parties.
We are not responsible for a user’s deliberate submission of false information or their decision to use generated information without reasonably checking it.
18. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using MyJobFixer at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated breaches of these Terms;
- unlawful activity;
- fraud;
- attempts to compromise the security of the Service;
- deliberate disruption of the Service.

Use of MyJobFixer is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

20. Cookies
MyJobFixer’s use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.
Optional Google Analytics cookies will only be used where the necessary consent has been provided.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as MyJobFixer develops or where legal, regulatory or technical requirements change.
The latest version will be published on MyJobFixer.com.
Where a material change affects an existing paid service, appropriate notice will be provided where required.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also have rights under the laws and courts applicable where they live.
